CompataMate is
committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Please read the following
policy to understand how your personal
information will
be treated as you make full use of the CompataMate. This policy may change
from time to time so please check back periodically.
What personally identifiable information is collected from you The CompataMate collects information in several ways from different parts of our web site. Some personal information is gathered when you enroll. During enrollment, we ask for your name and email address. If you are ordering the CompataTest, additional information is requested in order to customize the report to your specific needs. If you charged your credit card, the information collected is not on our server, rather it goes directly to the company processing it. We have no record other than whether your charge went through or not. The information compiled in the CompataTest is deleted as soon as you exit the page. The link for your Free Personal Handwriting Analysis is only active for 5 days and then it is deleted. Every page within the CompataMate includes a link to this Privacy Policy.
What cookies are and how they are used As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, the CompataMate may use cookies to store and sometimes track information about you. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. Several features of the CompataMate require that you accept cookies in order to work properly. (See "What choices are available to you regarding collection, use, and distribution of your information" for more information on cookies.) Generally, we use cookies for the following purposes: (1) To identify and label all "new" subscriptions since your last visit to the site. (2) Optionally to permanently save your password on your computer so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site. (3) Cookies are required to process the CompataMate analysis results.
The primary goal of the CompataMate in collecting personal information is to provide you, the user, with a customized experience and to assist your navigation throughout the CompataMate.
Who is collecting your information When you are asked for personal information on the CompataMate, you are sharing that information with CompataMate alone, unless it is specifically stated otherwise.
With whom your information may be shared As a general rule, CompataMate will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as in compliance with legal requirements. In this case, only your name and email address may be released since that is all that is retained in our files so long as you continue your subscription. No analyses are saved and are therefore, not subject to disclosure even under the law.
What choices are available to you regarding collection, use, and distribution of your information Because payment is required to access the CompataTest, you must complete the enrollment process or you cannot access the compatibility test. If you do not accept cookies with your browser settings, the CompataMate will not function. CompataMate does not sell or rent user information to anyone. We value your privacy too much to lend it, rent it or otherwise share it with any other entity outside of what presides under our business ventures. CompataMate.com, EnlightenedRomance.com (among other websites) are owned by GringaGal Enterprises, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
