Dianalyn Clayton, CGA, NLPP
|
Dianalyn
Clayton received her initial certification in graphology
in the mid 1970s from the Institute of Graphoanalysis in
Chicago, IL, after fulfilling her undergraduate work at
USC, Los Angeles, CA. She holds a practitioners license
in Neurolinguistic Programming through the Institute of
NLP, Florida. She pioneered graphology into professional
status in the United States during the 1980s and 90s through
her endless efforts to advance the field by teaching at
Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA. and serving
in numerous roles in most of the major handwriting analysis
organizations. Her efforts were instrumental in setting
an example for professional graphologists to follow and
she was frequently requested for speaking engagements. |
Her
company, Character Composite, Inc., Lancaster PA, was one of
the leading handwriting analysis personnel consulting firms
used by major corporations throughout the United States and
parts of Canada. Through it, Dianalyn initiated various research
projects to determine the traits of successful vs. unsuccessful
sales people, one of which is being continued today in England.
Additionally, she founded Write Extension, a magazine
distributed internationally to professional graphologists.
Dianalyn received certification and holds the status of Fellow
in the American Board of Forensic Sciences, Behavioral Profiling,
after 20 years of working toward the advancement of graphology. The
original concept for Compatamate began in 1996 when many of
her clients were requesting personal analyses and guidance
in their personal relationships. In 1999, Dianalyn founded
Compatamate and began the development process. The site has
gone through many transistions and today has focused on personal
insight and compatible relationship building tools.
Toward
the final stages and in need of programming skills outside
of her realm of knowledge, Dianalyn met Ilshat Fattakhov, from
Siberia, Russia, whom she contracted for some work over the
internet. Ilshat, who is a graduate of Irkutsk Linguistic University,
in Linguistics, applies his skills in programming while also
working as an English teacher for air traffic control in Siberia.
Though the two have never met in person, residing half-way
around the world from each other (Dianalyn resides in Puerto
Vallarta, Mexico), the strength of their teamwork to bring
this site to the public, shows how dynamic unions, of any nature,
can happen on the internet.
